1. Flatten the washer

2. Flat washer and spring washer

The spring washer is widely used in the bearing and non-bearing structure of general mechanical products, which is characterized by low cost, easy installation, and suitable for frequent installation and disassembly parts, but the spring washer's anti-loosening ability is very low.

3. Self-locking nut

General nuts in the use process due to vibration and other reasons will be loose, such as vibration, in order to prevent this phenomenon, so the invention of self-locking nuts. The function of the self-locking nut is mainly anti-loose and anti-vibration, which is used for special occasions. Its working principle is generally self-locking by friction. 4. Nut lock solution

5. Double nuts (left and right) are locked

It is also a good method to tighten and prevent loosening by combining a left nut with a right nut.
