Another key benefit of titanium is its low thermal expansion and high melting point that is roughly 3,000 degrees F. Titanium Alloy GR5 Grade is Titanium (6Al-4V),the Ultimate Tensile Strength is 138 kpsi,Elongation is 14%,the Hardness can reach 36 HRC.

Machining titanium will be more costly than other metals such as aluminum due to it being more difficult to manufacture and machine. In terms of appearance, titanium’s color varies depending on how much it has been altered. It can range from dull gray in raw form to shiny silver when smooth.
