The function of titanium alloy oil pot stand
Firmly fix the oil pot to prevent it from falling off or being damaged by vibration. During the operation of a motorcycle, continuous vibration is generated. The bracket fixes the oil can through rigid or elastic structures to prevent the oil can from loosening or falling off, which could lead to oil leakage.
Racing modified cars especially require high-strength brackets (such as titanium alloy /CNC) to cope with intense driving. The oil can should be kept away from high temperatures and moving parts (such as exhaust, chains, and steering mechanisms). The functions of the bracket include: avoiding the high temperature of the exhaust, preventing the oil can from expanding or deteriorating due to heat (such as brake fluid becoming ineffective due to high temperature). Make sure the oil can is not hit by the wheels or chains when the suspension is compressed.
If the oil can is not securely fixed, the leaked oil (such as brake fluid) may cause: brake/clutch failure (air entering the hydraulic system), oil staining on the tires or brake discs (risk of skidding). The original oil can may be made of plastic or located in a concealed position. The modified bracket can replace it with a metal oil can, such as titanium alloy.
The oil can stand may seem like a small component, but it directly affects the reliability of the oil system, riding safety and the lifespan of the vehicle. When making a choice, factors such as material (lightweight/corrosion resistance), installation location, and structural rationality should be taken into consideration.
