What is a flange screw? What are the flange screws?
The flange screw is mainly composed of a hexagon head and flange (the gasket under the hexagon is fixed with the hexagon) and a screw (a cylinder with external thread), which needs to be fastened with the nut to connect two parts with a through hole.
This type of connection is called bolted connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is removable.

2.Medium carbon steel 0.25% hex head screw Medium carbon steel material is generally known as 35.45 steel, foreign basically called 1035,CH38F,1039,40ACR and so on. Mainly used for class 8 nuts, Class 8.8 bolts and class 8.8 hex socket products;
3. Domestic low carbon steel C%≤0.25% is usually called A3 steel. Foreign countries basically called 1008,1015,1018,1022 and so on. It is mainly used for 4.8 bolt products, such as 4.8 bolt and 4 nut. Note: Drilling nails are mainly made of 1022 material.
